I'm 36 and not really into the whole working out thing so I wanted something that would be fun enough to keep me going. So that being said i love this its fun and a good workout. The first few days reminded me how out of shape I am. I only did a 15min workout and boy I felt it the first couple of times. A few days later I was able to get up a 30 mintute workout without much stress about it. Wow, it is such a great workout.
